Don't be Ashamed to Cry...

I know that this topic may be a little cliche, but it's something that I hear all the time. I definitely think that it's good to feel like it's okay to cry when you need to, but some people may not necessarily agree with me.
Some people may think that crying is a sign of weakness, and that if you cry you're showing "them" that they can hurt you. Personally, I think that crying shows that you're stronger than most. Crying shows that you are human, and that you aren't ashamed of your emotions like some people are. I'm not trying to say that if you think that crying is a "weakness" that you're wrong. There are some cases where crying is unnecessary, like if your favorite restaurant didn't have the right soda or something. There have been many situations where I've caught myself telling myself not to cry. I want to encourage whoever's reading this to try not to do that as much anymore. If you have to cry, just CRY!! I know that some people (including me) feel vulnerable when they cry in front of people, which is totally understandable. If you this way extremely, to where letting one tear fall in front of someone is your greatest fear, go do the bathroom or somewhere private where you can just let all your emotions drain. That's the best advice I can give you!
If you only take one thing out of this entry, I want it to be this:
If you're ever crying in public (on somewhere you thought was private) and someone looks at your weird or tells you to "stop being such a baby" just ignore them, because you aren't being a baby. You're being HUMAN!!!
