Keeping a Journal

        I have a journal and have had a journal for about two years now. It's really helped me get through some hard/tough times in my life recently. I'm mostly posting about all this to tell you guys the benefits of keeping a journal, and what it can help you do.

Benefits of Keeping a Journal:
  • Helps You Make Decisions: If you are having a hard time deciding between one thing or another, writing about it in a journal can help you "talk-it-out" to yourself to figure out what the best decision for you is.                 

  • Helps Keep Memories: Writing about memories or experiences can help you remember all of the little, beautiful details of that/those moments. 

  • Give Yourself Advice: Finally, keeping a journal can make it easier for you to give yourself advice. You can write letters to yourself, or just write what you think would have been better for you to do in a certain situation, to help yourself later.

In conclusion, keeping a journal is really beneficial. I'd recommend it to anyone who can write! I'll leave you with some memes to make you laugh... ;-)
