My Blog Schedule...

     Sorry that I haven't posted in a couple of weeks...

I've been on vacation. Just a warning, I might not be posting as regularly as I used to. I have a lot of thinks to do in my last weeks of summer vacation (school supplies shopping, summer reading project, etc.) I'll try to blog at least twice a week, but definitely once a week. If you guys have anything specific you want me to blog about, feel free to tell me in the comments.

My Vacation!

Part #1:

     These past couple of weeks I've been pretty busy. The first week, I went to Orlando and Lake worth Florida with my family. For the first two days, we went to Disney World in Orlando. The first day, we flew in and just stayed at the Animal Kingdom resort. We tried to go swimming, but as soon as we were ready, it started raining. That's Florida for you.... The second/last day we were there, we went to the park. We did all the normal things that you do at Disney World, we rode rides, saw some characters, applied a lot of sun screen all the normal stuff!

Part #2: 

     For the rest of the week (4 days) my family and I stayed at the beach in Lake Worth, Florida. It was really beautiful... We went to the beach everyday, and we went to some street festival things, and went out to eat. The first couple days were very laid back, but the most eventful thing about our trip happened on the beach the third day of out vacation (Part #2). I was on my bogey-board, close to shore, and all of a sudden I saw this HUGE sting-ray right underneath me. It was terrifying!!! I freaked out and started crying.I was scared so I wouldn't move, and as soon as I got to shore everyone thought that it was just a floating patch of sea-weed. But then my mom saw the creepily long barb (stinging tail) and then, of course, believed me. For the rest of the trip at the beach, I was way too scared to go into the ocean again so that kind of ruined the rest of the trip... Later that day, we also saw two (what seemed to be) baby sharks. They were 12-15 inches long with very thin front fins and a black tip on the top fin. It was a very freaky day. Other than that I do recommend the ice cream it is delicious!
